Digital products: returns and refunds

Money Reset Studio sells downloadable digital files. No physical product is shipped, and there is nothing to return by post.
When we offer a refund
- Failed delivery: you paid successfully but cannot access the purchased files, and we cannot resolve the delivery problem.
- Defective or incorrect files: a supplied file is corrupted, missing, materially different from its description, or does not work in the advertised compatible software, and we cannot provide a working replacement or resolve the issue.
- Duplicate charges or duplicate purchases: you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase. We will verify the duplicate and refund the extra payment.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or refunds simply because you no longer need the product. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights you have under applicable law.
How to request help or a refund
Email cameronmurphy5757@gmail.com as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. If useful, include a screenshot that does not reveal private financial information. Never send passwords, bank login details, or full payment-card or account numbers.
For delivery and file problems, we may first resend the download link, provide replacement files, or help with setup. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will refund the affected purchase.
Refund processing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We will confirm when the refund is issued. The time until it appears in your account depends on your payment provider. Contact us if you need help checking a refund.
After a purchase is refunded, stop using and distributing the refunded files. No return shipping or restocking fees apply to these digital products.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
