What do I receive?
A downloadable ZIP containing a 14-tab Excel workbook, a 13-page customer guide with printable worksheets, a setup text file, and a dashboard preview image.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. This is a digital-only product. After successful payment, we automatically email your download link to the address used at checkout. Look for “Your downloads are ready” and check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive.
Does it link to my bank?
No. Your money entries are manual, and the workbook calculates summaries based on what you enter. We don't ask you to connect bank accounts.
Do I need Excel?
The file is an .xlsx workbook designed for Microsoft Excel. Other spreadsheet software may have compatibility differences. This product does not include a native Google Sheets copy.
Does it automatically pay my bills?
No. It helps organize due dates, budgets and goals. It never sends money or accesses accounts.
Can I change the categories and plans?
Monthly budget plans and provided categories are editable. Consistent category naming is important so transaction summaries match correctly. Make a backup before changing formula cells or workbook structure.
Is the debt timeline exact?
No. The debt planner is a simple approximation using the APR and payments you enter. Fees, daily interest, variable rates and new purchases can change real-world payoff timing.
Does this guarantee financial results?
No. It is an organizational tool for personal use, not personalized financial advice. Your outcomes depend on your circumstances and actions.
What if I have a question about my order?
Email cameronmurphy5757@gmail.com with your order number for delivery, file, or order help. Please do not send passwords, bank login details or full account numbers.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds for unresolved delivery or file problems and duplicate charges. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered, subject to your legal rights. Read our refund policy for details.
